Richard has held Senior Executive and General Management roles in a variety of industries and jurisdictions in multicultural environments over the last 30+ years. Doug Pass an accomplished project professional with a 20+ year track record in IT service delivery and product support. A practiced negotiator and a strong communicator, Doug is skilled at cultivating long-lasting customer and business partnerships. He is recognised by consistently prioritising and delivering multiple simultaneous projects effectually. David Reed has a 25+ year track record of value growth within the telecommunications, ICT and finance industries at national, state and regional levels. He is a highly motivated sales professional with extensive experience in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve target revenue. David’s strengths lie in his communication skills and ability to facilitate change. He is a dynamic leader who leads from the front. Aaron Kingdon is known for continuous improvement on processes and policies in support of organisational goals to maximize output. With over 12 years experience in logistics management, Aaron has diverse experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transport, production and distribution. Aaron prides himself on his commercial approach to solving problems and attention to detail when it comes to the adherence of regulations and procedures. Results driven, Aaron is flexible, adaptable and resourceful in practice. His approach is supported by proven people management skills and his ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.

Jean Boyd has over 15 years experience in marketing, communications, campaign & brand management within the ICT Sector. She is a solutions focused, strategic marketeer proficient at collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful business initiatives. Jean’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and attention to detail. She thrives on challenges, particularly those which require her to think outside of the box. Her passion for outstanding creative is driven from concept brief to project completion with a focus on delivering return on investment.
Executive Chair and Founding Director
Shane Mulholland is the founding Director and Executive Chair of Greenbox Group. From 2001 – 2018 Shane lead the company as the CEO; from startup beginnings, to today’s operation with some 100 staff across five operational facilities servicing Australia and New Zealand. In 2018, Shane stepped into the Executive Chairman role to focus on the company’s longer-term plans. Shane has worked in the Australian IT industry since 1995 and prior to that held senior asset management roles covering the Asia Pacific region with AT&T Capital, CIT and Macquarie Bank.
Chris Gorry has 30+ years of experience in the IT industry: 22 of those as CEO. He founded Avand, a government document management and customer contact system, and after its sale in 2007 has since successfully operated a consulting business with clients ranging from start-ups to international icons. Chris has held multiple board positions in the IT industry over the last 10 years, including Queensland State Archives. Chris prides himself on counseling businesses to have a greater understanding of their target market resulting in sound strategy for profitable growth.
Tony Bennett is the Chairman and Founding Partner at Bennett and Philip Lawyers, established in the Brisbane CBD in 1984. With 35+ years experience, Tony practices in commercial law specialising in Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT). His success can be attributed to his thorough knowledge of the rule of law and his innate ability to simplify highly complex matters. Tony is recognised as a preeminent IP lawyer and recommended TMT lawyer by the independent Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession 2017.
