Daniel Pritchard

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Pritchard is an adaptable and resourceful business leader with 20 years of international experience with Multi-National Corporates, Start-Ups and Purpose Led organizations. Strategically focused and comfortable in challenging turnaround and transformational businesses Dan is valued by organizations because he bridges the gap between strategy and execution. He is known for creating collaborative high performing teams and creating ways of working that deliver tangible results.

Richard Hili

Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Richard joined Greenbox in October 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Financial and Operating Officer in January 2018. Richard is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of Chartered Accountants (ANZ). Richard has held Senior Executive and General Management roles in a variety of industries and jurisdictions in multicultural environments. This extensive experience encompasses such industries as medical device, healthcare, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, property and fund management within ANZ, South East Asia and Europe. Richard fosters a corporate culture that promotes positivity and ethical practices, customer focus and service and results oriented. Encourages individual integrity and ensures that the work climate is conducive to attract, retain and motivates employees through personal development training and mentoring.

Doug Pass

Head of Managed Services

Doug is responsible for Greenbox’s customer project delivery and satisfaction and is tasked with expanding the company’s infrastructure to meet increasing customer technical needs. He is well placed to do this with a technical background in communications and electronics and a 20-year track record in IT service delivery and product support. Doug is proud of Greenbox’s environmental values that are kept visible and honest with ISO accreditation.

John Burke

National Operations Manager

John Burke oversees Greenbox’s operations nationally and is responsible for ensuring the high quality of services are met and internal processes are consistently adhered to and improved upon. With over two decades of experience delivering exceptional outcomes from operational crews, John is a valuable asset to Greenbox’s executive team. Utilising John’s skills and experience, and his ability to analyse and problem solve, guarantees Greenbox’s effectiveness in operations.

Shane Mulholland

Executive Chair and Founding Director

Shane is the founding Director and Executive Chair of Greenbox Systems. For 18 years, he has overseen Greenbox’s growth as CEO, leading the company from startup beginnings to today’s operation with some 100 staff across four operational facilities servicing Australia’s largest and most complex clients. In 2018, Shane stepped into the Executive Chairman role to focus on the company’s longer-term plans. He has worked in the Australian IT industry since 1995 and prior to that held senior asset management roles covering the Asia Pacific region with AT&T Capital, CIT and Macquarie Bank.

Chris Gorry

Director

Chris has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry: 22 of those as CEO. He founded Avand, a government document management and customer contact system, and after its sale operated a consulting business with clients ranging from startups to international icons. He has held multiple board positions in the IT industry over the last 10 years including at Queensland State Archives. Chris became involved with Greenbox to help guide its growth while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Tony Bennett

Director

Tony Bennett is the Chairman and Founding Partner at Bennett and Philp Lawyers, established in the Brisbane CBD in 1984. Tony practices in commercial law specialising in Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT). He is recognised as a preeminent IP lawyer and recommended TMT lawyer by the independent Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession 2017.
