Greenbox Refurbished. A genuine alternative to new.

Robust, enterprise-grade laptops restored to a near-new standard through a licensed, internationally recognised best-practice refurbishment methodology.

Devices that complete the Greenbox refurbishment process are inspected, functionally tested and cosmetically restored to our defined standards—then backed by a warranty.

100-point inspection · Near-new finish · Warranty-backed

Refurbished isn’t one standard. The process makes the difference.

The word “refurbished” can describe very different levels of work. A basic clean and limited testing can leave much of a device’s condition unchanged. Greenbox takes a defined, repeatable approach to both functional performance and cosmetic restoration.

We set the standard. Then bring suitable devices up to it.

The condition left by a previous owner is our starting point. Our finished-device standard determines the outcome we work towards.

Our 100-point inspection checks functionality and cosmetic condition. The refurbishment process addresses faults and visible signs of wear—including scratches, bumps and damage—so suitable laptops can be restored to a consistent, near-new standard.

We assess the equipment, complete the required refurbishment and check the finished result before release.

Performance and presentation, considered together.

  • Functional testing checks that a device meets the defined performance and condition requirements.
  • Necessary repairs address identified issues within the refurbishment scope.
  • Cosmetic remediation restores suitable surfaces and addresses visible wear for a near-new appearance.
  • Final inspection checks the finished device against the required standard.
  • Warranty support gives buyers clear coverage, with the applicable terms confirmed for their device.

A consistent finish. Without spray painting.

Greenbox uses The Refurb Company’s licensed methodology to restore suitable devices. We don’t spray paint our devices: model-specific materials and controlled application techniques restore a consistent cosmetic finish.

Our methodology works to standards defined by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)—the companies that originally made the devices.

Skinz™ — device surfaces

Model-specific refurbishment films renew suitable lids, palm rests and bases, with colour matching and careful application for a consistent appearance.

SticKeys™ — keyboards

Precision keyboard overlays refresh worn key legends and appearance on suitable keyboards, with the layout and finish selected for the device.

Screen Savers™ — screens

Cosmetic refurbishment films improve suitable screens affected by surface wear, keyboard etching and screen rash.

These techniques support cosmetic restoration. Functional testing, necessary repairs and final inspection are also part of the Greenbox refurbishment process.
