Core Technology and Greenbox partnership delivers new off-site call centre within 48hours during Pandemic times

18 June 2020 by Hayley Coultis

Greenbox, one of Australia’s most trusted ICT asset management companies, together with Core Technology Partners, a leading provider of innovative end-to-end IT infrastructure services to mid-sized businesses across Australia, have showcased outstanding results during the Pandemic lockdown by delivering high quality ICT outcomes with rapid turn-around times.

“Our customers are supporting Australians through these uncertain times and are consequently demanding urgent response times and the highest levels of support,” states Adam Nixon, Director and co-founder at Core Technology Partners.  “Greenbox has historically been working with Core Technology Partners for Asset Recovery, but more recently in delivering ICT Managed Services in the tightest possible timeframes.”

The unique situations caused by the fluid and rapidly evolving Covid19 situation, led one of Australia’s leading Finance companies based in Sydney, to require setup of a brand new call centre and to have it up and running within a matter of days.  At all times the utmost sensitivity around security was paramount.

“Our client had a critical and urgent requirement to setup an emergency call centre due to the Covid19 pandemic.  We managed to source them brand new laptops, and in parallel we reached out to Greenbox Managed Deployment Services to attend the client site to image these laptops en-masse.  Due to the urgency we were only able to give Greenbox 24 hours-notice.  Greenbox shifted resourcing and called us back to say they could get three technicians onsite from 5am onwards the following morning.  The technicians worked with Core Technology and the end user in shifts, out of hours and on the weekend to deliver the setup of the call centre within the deadline.”

This partnership highlights a unique differentiator in Greenbox’s 20-year history of generating community value for Australia by helping partners create ICT service innovations when businesses need more support.

“Business IT systems are required to be more flexible and agile than ever before, with quicker response times, highest levels of security clearance, underpinned by strong elements of trust,” states Dan Pritchard, CEO of Greenbox.  “Greenbox’s decade long partnership with Channel Partners is key to the future success of agile IT systems.  We are looking forward to collaborating on future projects to best support customers when they require urgent and timely ICT hardware delivery and installations to better support the wider public of Australia.

Furthermore, the partnership aligns the Channel Communities customers with stronger Corporate Social Responsibility achievements, to ensure that their ICT assets are recycled and disposed of sustainably to not cause an environmental impact to our country or others.”
